The recovery card offers "Redo from entry" and "Let me look first — leave the step parked exactly where it is", plus Use the default, Dismiss and Submit. Dismiss rejected the gate, which failed the step (GateRejected: dismissed), skipped every step after it as unreachable, and finished the run as failed (run_01M2HF4SNRBVJ6TA8ZX11T2Z4H, 05:20:21). Nothing on the card warned that Dismiss would do that.

Expected: Dismiss on this card does what "Let me look first" says, which is to leave the step parked. Failing the run should be an explicit choice that names its consequence.

Fixed in 90ece08, deployed with a4f4ac7 (archived as dismiss-does-not-fail-a-parked-step).

Recovery gate: rejecting it now leaves the step parked, the same as "Let me look first". The card no longer shows Dismiss.
Agent question: rejecting it no longer also fails the step; the dismissal is forwarded and the agent continues.
Deciding gates: a proposal review, for example, still fails its step when dismissed.

Engine behaviour is covered in tests/unit/test_scheduler.py; the card in e2e/refusals.spec.ts against the fake osfd.
