Follow-up to cmoriarty/openspec-flow#82 from checking production: at 1024px [discovery-feed] was cut by a 75% cap although it fitted beside a stub of the name. The name keeps two characters and its ellipsis (3ch); the key may have the rest of the row. Reproduced first in spine-alignment.spec.ts (the name floor was 4.8 characters). Fast lane: UI unit 428, browser 78 passed.

On production at 1024px soundcheck#32's `openspec.propose.spec[discovery-feed]` still read
`openspe…[discovery-fe…`: the key was capped at 75% of the row, 121px, and needed 134, while the
name kept a 40px floor. The name now keeps two characters and its ellipsis (3ch) and the key may
have the rest of the row; only a key too long to fit beside that stub is cut. The spec measures the
name's floor and checks run_fanout's long keys as well as run_delegate's.
