Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently we have email notifications, although I haven't seen one in a while. Either way, this ticket is to take the next step and implement optional ntfy notifications, assuming they can fulfill the job of asking a user questions in a well-designed way, so the user doesn't need to also open the braid web app to answer to human gates.
