Why

After #85 the run bar is one row for a typical run, but a long title still wraps it. At 1280px soundcheck#32's run, #17 Admin artists: durable "not an artist" mark, hidden by default and reversible, pushes the elapsed time, Step details and Redo onto a second row, because the title never gives way.

The bar's Redo button also duplicates Step details, which already offers "Redo this step from scratch…" behind a confirmation. A one-click Redo beside Step details is more room taken and more chance of starting a redo by accident.

What

  • The run bar's first line is always one row at 768px and wider: the title is cut short with an ellipsis (the full title on hover) instead of the controls wrapping.
  • Remove the Redo button from the run bar. Redo stays in Step details, and r still opens its confirmation.

Done when

  • At 1280px and 1024px, #17's bar has one row of controls, and its title ends in an ellipsis.
  • The bar has no Redo button; Step details still redoes the step after confirming.

Shipped as the OpenSpec change run-bar-one-row, archived in #93. Live on production at 56c46e1.

  • One row: the title block takes what the chip, tag and controls leave; the repo / pipeline breadcrumb shortens first, then the title, each ending in "…" with the whole text on hover. On production, #17's bar is one row at 1280, 1024 and 768px; its title fits whole at 1280 and is cut at 1024 and 768. The controls move to a second row only when they don't fit beside about ten characters of title plus the chip and tag, which is always the case on a phone, and at narrower widths for a step showing every control (a strict single row there would widen the page).
  • Redo is no longer a button in the bar. Step details offers it behind the same confirmation, and r still opens it.
  • Fixed on the way: the prompt bar's message box keeps 14rem beside its buttons (since #85's show-thinking checkbox, it was squeezed to ~25px at 768px), and the first version's phone layout, where the controls overlapped the title, is covered by an overlap check.
