Run bar: move auto-approve and show thinking out of it, and drop "all N nodes settled" #85

Why

The run bar (#74) carries two controls that are not about the run's title or state: the auto-approve switch and the show thinking checkbox. They widen the bar's first line, so at 1024–1280px it wraps to two lines of controls before the stepper. Both already have another home: the Settings page has an auto-approve switch and a "show thinking by default" option, and h toggles thinking from the keyboard.

Separately, when a run has finished, the stepper's right end reads all 29 nodes settled. It is an odd phrase, and the chip already says Done.

What

  • Move the auto-approve switch and the show thinking checkbox out of the run bar: into the bottom prompt bar, or leave them only in Settings (with h still toggling thinking).
  • If auto-approve leaves the bar, a run with auto-approve on should still say so somewhere visible, since the gates then answer themselves.
  • A finished run's stepper shows no node label at its end.

Done when

  • The run bar holds the title, chip, elapsed time and the step's controls, and fits on one line at 1280px for a typical run.
  • Both settings stay reachable, and auto-approve being on stays visible.
  • A finished run's stepper has nothing after the last phase.

Shipped as the OpenSpec change run-bar-trim, archived in #87. Live on production at f65a22d.

  • Show thinking is a checkbox at the start of the prompt bar's buttons, under the transcript it changes. h toggles the same preference, so the two always agree, and Settings keeps the default. (The ⓘ's corner is 32px wide, too narrow for a labelled checkbox.)
  • Auto-approve is switched in Settings → Approvals only. While it is on, the run bar shows an auto-approve tag beside the chip that links to Settings, on a phone too, so gates answering themselves is never invisible.
  • A finished run's stepper ends at its last phase: no more all 29 nodes settled. A failed or stopped run still names where it stopped.
  • Specs: auto-approve (its switch requirement replaced), run-bar, stage-header, composer.

With a typical title the bar's first line is one row at 1280px, with or without the tag. A very long title, like soundcheck#32's, still pushes the step's controls to a second row, because the title does not truncate there.

PRs: #86 (the change), #87 (archive).
