Implements openspec-flow#85 (change run-bar-trim).

Show thinking: a checkbox at the start of the prompt bar's buttons, on the same pref as h; Settings keeps the default.
Auto-approve: switched in Settings only; while on, the run bar shows an auto-approve tag beside the chip linking to Settings, on a phone too.
Finished runs: the stepper ends at its last phase, with no all N nodes settled.

The bar's first line is one row at 1280px with or without the tag. Full lane: backend 1799, UI unit 428, browser 96 of 97 (the miss, agent-view's streaming check, passes 3 of 3 alone and flakes under load on main too).

The two controls widened the bar's first line past one row at 1024–1280px, and neither is about
the run's title or state.

- Show thinking is a checkbox at the start of the prompt bar's buttons, under the transcript it
  changes. It reads the same pref as `h`, so the two cannot disagree; Settings keeps the default.
- Auto-approve is switched in Settings only. While it is on, the bar shows an `auto-approve` tag
  beside the chip, linking to Settings, on a phone too: under auto-approve the gates answer
  themselves, and the tag is the bar's only sign of it.
- A succeeded run's stepper ends at its last phase: `all 29 nodes settled` beside a `Done` chip
  said the same thing, oddly.
